This Privacy Policy explains how TinTorch Transfer collects, uses, and protects your information.

Information we collect

Account information from your TinTorch Account (universal user id, name, email, avatar). Files you upload and metadata about transfers (file names, sizes, recipients, timestamps). Limited technical data such as hashed IP addresses for download logging and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To operate the Service: store and deliver your files, send transfer emails, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and process payments. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Files are deleted automatically after the retention period for your plan. Account and billing records are kept as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Sub-processors

We rely on Vercel (hosting and blob storage), our email providers (delivery), Razorpay (payments) and TinTorch Account (authentication / single sign-on). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@tintorch.com.
