This policy describes refunds for paid TinTorch plans and storage blocks.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
If you were charged in error or experienced a verifiable service failure, contact support@tintorch.com within 7 days for a pro-rated or full refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
