Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TinTorch Transfer ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

TinTorch Transfer lets you upload files and send time-limited download links to recipients via email. Files are automatically deleted after the retention period for your plan (3 days on Free, 30 days on Pro).

2. Accounts

You sign in with your TinTorch Account (single sign-on). You are responsible for activity under your account and for the files you upload and the recipients you choose.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to distribute malware, infringing material, or content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay on a monthly basis. Storage is sold in 10 GB blocks. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of files after their retention period.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service or email. Questions: support@tintorch.com.
